Costs

If you have a specific project, please email or call us and we will be happy to provide a customized bid.

If you are trying to get a rough idea of costs, the honest answer is, there is no answer.  Costs can vary from a few hundred dollars to many thousands depending entirely on the requirements of the particular job, including:

Primary factors in determining costs:

  • Exact Action--this is the most important step to getting an accurate bid.  Once you know what you need the animal to do, then we can estimate how long we will need to have the animal ready.
  • Exact animals--generally speaking, costs will not vary significantly between two animals of the same species; however, one animal may require more time to prep for the job.
  • Prep Required--this is the most important factor in cost, and it is impossible to "guess" until you have selected the animal and carefully defined the action.  Once you have done those two steps, we can be fairly accurate in estimating prep and costs.

Secondary factors in determining costs:

  • Number of trainers and handlers required
  • Lead-time given
  • Travel
  • Duration
